Don’t even get us started on the tempura or sushi. Wow. So modern and interpretative. So fresh. Fresh Fish Carpaccio with Yuzu pepper vinaigrette, chopped spring onion, seaweed salad, Tobiko, Soba seeds is another highlight in a place literally littered with them.
